where are all the applications gone

Hi, I have just upgraded to all the latest updates... and nearly all of the applications in application vault seem to have disappeared....

all I have left are:
AdvancedPoll
Mambo
Nexellent_SiteBuilder
osCommerce

When I did the upgrade I had issues with one of the skin rpms, so I removed it and then the update worked.

Any ideas how I get the vault applications back?
