Where can i get my new serial from my SUS deal for sitebuilder ?

Hi

Where can i get my new serial from my SUS deal for sitebuilder ?
I have renew my sitebuilder SUS deal, and i still only have a serial for a windows 3.2 version and i am now installing the 4.5 version. I have writen to sales and support with out any lock, the just close my case with without any answer ????
So can someone please guide my to where/how i can get the update serial.

I found only one ticket from you for sales. For some reasons it was resolved. I have re-opened it and asked for update, so you should get reply soon. Just in case, ticket ID 604766.
