Just to get you right, you do not see in the plesk Panel > subscription > selected Domain > Apache & nginx Settings ? Perhaps it isnt allowed by the Service plan settings assigned to the subscription.

I've seen it, yeah, but it's on PHP processer only. But isn't this. Debian has nginx + apache FastCGI from Plesk friend. Before my eyes seen it.
