I would like to update on phpmyadmin the 2.6.4-pl4, but where is phpmyadmin in plesk strucktur installed?
 
Plesk uses a patched version of phpMyAdmin. If you want to use the latest version of phpMyAdmin you'll have to install it yourself separately on one of your domains.
