Hi,
Whenever I take a payment over the phone, I find their account then "login as primary account" and then "pay invoice now" OR I'll take their new credit card number and then "pay invoice now." But when it finalizes it takes me to a new screen with very little information and no option to send a payment receipt. I think go back to their account and the invoice has been closed, but it never sends an email for their payment receipt. How do I get one?
Can anyone help with this please?
