Please tell me, how I do backup all accounts on local storage and restore they from backup.
Can I do it on remote host by ftp?
 
Look up psadump in the administration manual. This is how you backup your entire server. However, it's not available from inside the control panel yet (on linux).

Personally i use the plesk backup script. The only thing i miss is a complete backup (thru graphic interface)

You're able to do this thru SSH but you need some reading.
