Which directories do I restore?

I had a running Plesk 9.2.1 on CentOS 4 until yesterday. Some time last month, I got a patch and the patch broke the admin panel. Then last week, I had another problem with the machine.

I was unable to run Plesk Backup. It was still running after 56 hours and created no output. I killed it and copied the entire drive to a backup drive.

I installed CentOS 5.5 and got psa-9.2.1 up and running.

Now, which directories do I restore and how do I get Plesk back on it's feet?

I have copied /var/www back in.

What do I restore to get back the database(s)?

I think I can get most all of it running if I knew that or any pointers that you might have.

Thanks.
