We installed Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition 2013 from https://hostedendpoint.spn.com .
But one of server hanged, restarted and further it started crawling.
We contact support for resolution which initially had no steps but later had setup test environment with no issue as outcome.
We asked support for which folders to exclude they had no clue for the same , We gave URL http://kb.parallels.com/en/6103 which is for older version and does not work.
Can anyone tell which all folder need to be excluded from anti-virus in Plesk in all versions.
