• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hmmm am I only one with Debian... ? I am not an expert so I will change it for CentOS, like you! - Experts ;) ( I guess... ;p ) ;) Thanks for all

OK! Lets use CentOS, but which version is better, more stable and recommended for Plesk? CentOS 5 or CentOS 6?

CentOS 5 is heavily outdated already, though you can probably get more out of it with 3rd party repositories. As OS upgrade isn't really supported in CentOS, CentOS 6 should definitely be preferred if you want to stick to CentOS.
