WHMCS & Plesk 12 for windows - BUG

cyberhostpro

Basic Pleskian
HI

We use Plesk 12 on windows. Our WHMCS has an issue. When we try to change a password for a user we recently created, we get the error:

Module Command Error
Error Code: 1013 - ftp-user does not exist

this happens for every user we try to change password for in whmcs admin interface.

Are you sure that whmcs module fully supports Plesk 12?

HI
after my discussions today at hosting con with paralles and whmcs, i believe your company actually developed the module for whmcs. So who can fix this? its something parallels need to do.

Hi, Chris

I need more details since I can't reproduce this issue in our lab.

Please confirm that:
1. You use WHMCS module called "Plesk" - not "Plesk9" or "Plesk 10"
2. You have default configuration of FTP service in Plesk - if you have done some customizations, please share them

WHMCS stores all logs of interaction between WHMCS and Plesk.
Please go to Utilities > Logs > Module Log and enable debug logging there.
Then reproduce the issue - click "Change password".
And post here all logs which appear at Utilities > Logs > Module Log - both requests and responses.
You may mask sensitive data or send these logs via private message.

HI

It seems the product with the issue was set to plesk10, all other plans were set to just plesk.

fixing this in whmcs hosting plans fixed the issue.

Thank you very much for your helpful response!
