Who is your favourite Technical Support Engineer at SW-Soft (November)?

Sw-soft has sometimes been very helpful to me. To show that we appreciate their great support, choose the personnel who you feel has made most efforts to help you out and been most helpful. It would be great if sw-soft would give a best supporter of month prize to these great people.
 
Whilst they have all been helpful in the past Katherine has always gone out of her way to help me.
