Question Why custom.css file removed on 18.19?

I don't understands why you removed the custom.css file in /cp/public/theme/css/ ?

Is there any explanation to that? and where is the change log for the panel style?

Why Plesk devs overrides most of the files on upgrades without notice?

/cp/* is part of the Plesk source and you shouldn’t rely on the presence of certain files like /cp/public/theme/css/custom.css

If you need to add custom css to every Plesk page then extension with global.css. Read Use of global.js and global.css guide for more details.
