• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Why in my domain does it say DNS Settings / Domain is not resolvable in CP but it is and works?

Why in my domain CP does it say DNS Settings / Domain is not resolvable in CP but it is and works? How is this verified though which nameserver lookup?

If I run checks on most sites, it works, shows all the records. Most importantly if I look up glue records not one is missing off the root servers.
I've set glue records at the domain registration to the ipv4 and ipv6 addresses.
I do get email.
But some sites don't resolve when you check its like they don't even try.
I'm using brand new released in only December plain .au domain. So its not me its they fail to try to resolve the domain. Its like they still only accept .com.au, .net.au or .org.au
But the plain .au is now active.
I'm guessing they left early for the holidays.
Example:
https://dnschecker.org › all-dns-records-of-domain.php works!
https://mxtoolbox.com › DNSLookup-aspx fails
https://dnschecker.org › all-dns-records-of-domain-php works
All the openDNS, google, 95% of servers find it.

Example telstra.au

Thanks!
