wildcard dns

hi,
if I currently have subdomains, like trac, svn, etc. and I want to put a wildcard dns entry through plesk and apache's vhost.conf, the other subdomains will be defeated?

afaik existing virtualhosts will continue working ok.. anyway just try with any test name and you'll find the answer yourself
