Question Wildcard Subdomain vs Seperate Subdomain

Hello , I have a project that I will host at least 5 client on my plesk server. There is one instance of application (php laravel) and seperate databases for each client. Its a multitennant application. I select databases based on sub domains.
My question is , are there any performance differences between wildcard subdomain website and subdomain websites? If I create seperate subdomain website for my each client can I isolate performances? Is it better option to keep seperate virtual hosts or all the same?
