Win 2003 64-bit FTP and permission errors

Are there any known issues with 64-bit version of Win 2003?

I create a domain and there are 530 errors with FTP. I used the reconfigure and also ran the ftpmanager at command line to remove and reconfigure all. No Joy.

This happens with Plesk file manager: Wins 2003 Standard edition BTW

Actually, ignore the Plesk file manager issue reported above - that seems to be the spurious character issue :(
