or domain.tld

You can use any domain both are correct just make sure keep the single URL to avoid canonical issue.

Do you use Cloudflare extension for Plesk or do you use directly Cloudflare nameservers ?
If you use the Plesk extension, it require to use www to have the CDN service.
If you use directly Cloudflare nameservers, it doesn't matter
