Issue Wordpress installation's remove link

Kenan

Basic Pleskian
---------------------------------------------------------------
Plesk Onyx Versiyon 17.0.17 #12, Linux, Centos 6.8 Final

We couldn't see the wordpress installation's remove link like screenshot. And can not remove wordpress installations and databases.

Going to any website wordpress installation area.

No link.

Remove link is at the right side of installation.

click on Wordpress in the left pane, click on the one you want to remove, "remove" is in the list of options in the top of the page.

thank you TomBoB but this is not a separation process, i want to uninstall all installation (deleting files, db...) but some wp installations are showing the "delete" link, there is no link in most installations.

Hi again,

the only official way that I can think of, having a wordpress installation but not being able to remove them, is when the installation is/was "detached" from Plesk.
(one can do that deliberately, but we had it once due to corruption). Should that be the case, you'll have to scan for Wordpress instances (straight under Wordpress on the left), repair possible issues, and than (now that Plesk is "in charge" again) remove them.
Be aware though that the wordpress toolkit extension isn't always cleaing up after itself and often leaves installed files and folders behind.

The only other way would be to remove the associated files and folders manually via FTP or SSH.

Hope that helps. Cheers, Tom
