Issue Wordpress login not possible

Hi,

One customer just installed Wordpress through Plesk and this went fine but login to WP Admin is not posible. Neither username nor password is accepted.
Any idea what could be wrong?

what do the domain - specific error - logs state about your issue? ( hint: /var/www/vhosts/system/DOMAIN.COM/logs/ )

1. We are on Windows server and /var/www/vhosts/system/DOMAIN.COM/logs/ is not existing.
2. In error logs is nothing, hence my question.

as you already noticed, Windows logs are a bit different with Plesk

Plesk for Windows services logs and configuration files ( KB - article: 111 289 )​

Web server (IIS)

• Logs:
  • Windows Event Viewer
  • Domain logs: %plesk_vhosts%\<domain>\logs\W3SVC<SITE ID>

If you don't find any hints in the domain logs, consider to investigate the "Windows Event Viewer" as well, pls.
