Wordpress site update not picking up changes

I have setup a WORDPRESS site in PLESK 12 and it should the correct themes and plugins in the Plesk 12 control panel. But I had to migrate a Wordpress site across on top of this site but Plesk Control panel is not picking up that there are more plugins in this site and themes now. I tried selecting the site and SCAN but still shows the original Wordpress installation with the default Theme and Plugins.

Any way to solve this?
