iis6->plesk inplace migration, migrator stop and does nothing

The problem is when starting migration, migrator fetches list of sites in IIS and then sits still forever. According logs migrator can fetch the IIS sites list but then migration stops and no activity from msiexec.exe is logged at all, nothing new is recorded to migration logs while all 4 misexec.exe processes are hanging.

psa.Siteapps table was not upgraded. It can't be upgraded with Plesk_8.2_to_8.6_DatabaseUpgrade.exe
Simply changing database structure is not a solution, siteapps upgrade is more complex procedure than this.

Also note that errors about connection to pipe are reported during a short period about 1 minute, because of manual plesksrv restart or server reboot. Such errors will be always generated when plesksrv is stopped if mail server has high load, i.e. mail messages are queued constantly.

Can not backup big server

A large server (large disk space of physical hosting domains) with Windows 32-bit and Parallels Panel can not be backed up by the following error in backup task results:

1. Start migration from Plesk 9.2.1 for Windows to Plesk 9.3.0 for Windows.
2. Migration fails at very beginning with error

VZPP + Plesk 9.X for windows Bug: No way to install web apps

Way to reproduce:

* Container must have VZPP enabled
* Download an application from APS Standard catalog and put into repository
* Go to Domain > Web Apps > Install new web app
* Clic on the category for the webapp

Screen keeps loading until the end, never ends. Disabling of Power panel causes feature to work .

1. Make a directory with loads of folders and data
2. Go into file manager, browse to your directory, select all directories
3. Click copy, specify a destination, submit

Problem description: Sometimes the client gets the error "No task found with task_id=" when doing backup

webmail does not use IP address from DNS template

DNS template has record:
webmail.<domain>. A 1.2.3.4

domain is created with correct dns settings:
webmail.helloworld.com. A 1.2.3.4

but when you try to enable horde on domain, host header for horde will be in IIS->webmail(horde):
webmail.helloworld.com 10.102.10.12

In other words it uses IP address which is configured for domain, it does not use IP address from DNS template and horde does not work for domain.

SOLUTION:

In attach websrvmng file with new webmail binding behaviour. It applicable to PP 9.3.0 and 9.5.1 as well. But in 9.3.0 case you need to install VCRedist_x86.exe and restart plesksrv.
After that, you can launch

"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --reconfigure-webmail

to update all current bindings.

Impossible to change password from horde, PopPassD: MySQL server has gone away

When trying to change password through Horde interface, following message is displayed:

Failure in changing password for poppassd server: Incorrect old password.

Poppassd service is running, when trying to change password in it, the following happens:

Statistics parses logs files with national symbols not correctly

Plesk statistics parses W3WC logs incorrectly if the log contains national symbols. As result - incorrect values in statistics report.

Fixed statistics.exe in attach. Now UTF-8 symbols in W3C logs should be parsed correctly.
