Resolved Would like to install Ghost CMS via Node.js rather than Docker

I have set up Ghost to run in a docker container and have successfully configured my domain so that it runs perfectly in Plesk. My understanding is that Ghost is built in Node.js. If I install the Node.js extension, should I be able to host an instance of ghost for a given domain? I've done a bunch of searching and cannot find any examples of someone trying this.

I've checked out this support document for some guidance, but I'm unsure if it is really as easy as uploading the zipped ghost package and giving it a try.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Alas, I meticulously followed the instructions and the process fails when I try to run the NPM install. Lots of activity, with the result of tons of warnings and some fatal errors. If I try to launch the app via the application link, I get the message:

"Incomplete response received from application"

I'm not sure what to do at this point.
