Are you sure PHP 7.3 is still supported? It isn't listed as a supported version on the PHP.net website: PHP: Supported Versions

Aha, I didn't check that site. Plesk "thinks" it's still supported:

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.40 Update 2 did mark the package finally as outdated.
