[WP toolkit] - need more information on a recent changelog entry

Hi, just had an Onyx test server upgraded to Obsidian and it went quite well, no issues. However, when checking the WP toolkit extension change log for the latest release 4.4.1 I came across this entry here:

• [+] Two secret features were added.

Where can I read more about these secret features? Are they GDPR and Australia Privacy Act compliant?
