Question WP-Toolkit: Show passwords in plain text

m-schmale

New Pleskian
Hi,

The admin password of my WordPress installation is stored encrypted in the MySQL database ($P$B...). I am wondering how it's possible for Plesk to display the current WP admin password in plain text if the password isn't stored in the Plesk database.

I am aware about this thread: WP Toolkit admin PWs encrypted?, but unfortunately, this did not answer the question for me.

We are turning in circles here. You already have the valid answer, that Plesk doesn't store Wordpress - passwords in it's own database. ;)

Thanks a lot and sorry, if this is a stupid question ;)

Regards,
Mark
