Issue WPB Mobile Version no longer working

Hi, in the last few weeks any sites I publish with the WPB are not showing up as mobile friendly on smartphones.

I have the 'Optimize the website for viewing on mobile devices' ticked, but this is no longer working.

Older WPB websites are optimising fine, it is only the new sites updated or created in the last month that won't show the mobile option.

I am running:
Plesk: 12.5.30 Update #45, last updated at Aug 30, 2016 03:42 AM
OS ‪ CentOS 6.8 (Final)‬

mine also not working. hanging when I try to publish in mobile version in wpb editor
