Issue WPToolkit unavailable for customers in their subscriptions

Hello,
Some of my customer complain today about WPToolkit which is no more available on their Wordpress websites. The Wordpress menu disappeared. When I checked from my admin account I do have access to WPToolkit on those websites and Wordpress menu still available. I checked on Service Plans and notice that WPToolkit checkboxs in Permissions tab was don't exist anymore. Does this ever happened to someone? Any idea of what went wrong here?
Am running Plesk Obsidian 18.0.52 on CentOS 7.9.2009 and WPToolkit 6.2.3-7332

The issue should be resolved after an update to WP Toolkit 6.2.4.
