Wrong/Default domain coming up on another domain's URL

The default domain (the web host's) is coming up on one of our client's URLs.

Seems the server crashed as the domain was performing a backup. Now it won't come back up.

I've tried restarting the server, restarting the domain, and DNS. Nothing works...

Any ideas?
