Question Wrong disk usage size for subdomains

Hi,
We have a problem on Plesk, the usage size (disk space) displayed on the web interface is not correct only for subdomains. The usage size is good for other domains.

We have already tried the different documentations such as:
#/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=<domain_name>

We have already tried plesk repair to, but it not work.

We all activated in Tools & Settings > Server > Server Settings

For example, for a subdomain, Plesk displays Disk Usage 0.7 MB but the shell return:
# 3.2G /var/www/vhosts/domaine.com/subdomaine.com/

System info:
OS: Debian 10
Kernel: 4.19.0-17
Plesk version: 18.0.38 Update #3

If anyone has had this problem before or has any idea where the problem might be?
