Wrong guide language

I have a bug described below, can you please give me any solution?

PRODUCT, VERSION, MICROUPDATE, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
OS Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 (Debian squeeze)
Plesk Version 10.4.4 , update #49; install date - april 19, 2013 03:27 AM

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
When a user trys to open help guide for Plesk, panel redirects the user to URL: http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...panel-user-guide/index.htm?fileName=39585.htm but the language of this document is english. Is there any solution or workaround to show the user guide in correct language?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Log in to user account
- Open guide link

ACTUAL RESULT
Guide in wrong language

EXPECTED RESULT
Guide in correct language

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It seems that older version guide (for example http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...panel-user-guide/index.htm?fileName=39585.htm) is in correct language.

Specifically for Plesk 10.4 Administrator Guide (also used as Online Help) isn't available in Russian. It is available for 11.0 version however (so upgrade recommended). Or you can take it in PDF - http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...k-10-control-panel-user-guide_-10-old_htm.pdf

Is it possible to modify guide URL in panel (in settings or in templates maybe)? I would like to change this URL to 10.3 online guide.

Yes, you can do it. Modify (or add) /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini file at your server:

url=http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP10/10.3.0/Doc/help.htm
