Wrong Ip Settings, unable to change ip

scool

Basic Pleskian
Hello,
Without any reason plesk panel started to generated error about a customer hosting 10domains.
Unfortunatly i didn't kept the error message. Is an ip database error.
That the customer has the wrong ip on psa database.

After searching here on forums, saw some results saying to change ip address form hosting settings.
so i did. After that, panel was accesible again, but the problem was that some of the domains was pointing to plesk default page insted of website content.
found some results here
http://kb.parallels.com/en/113668
http://kb.parallels.com/en/1484

Also tried
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain mydomain.xx

no luck with those suggestions.
i deside to delete all domain and do a fresh restore.
i deleted all customer information, and add it again on another ip. I Also chagned nameservers ofcourse

After 12hours, 4 of 10 domains are pointing to the old ip, (even if i changed ip hosting settings and nameservers) and plesk default page is appearing.
Ono of those 4 domains is default domain set on the new ip.
Viewing my ip addresses on tools & settings, hosted domains appear to be on the correct ip's
but i am trying to delete old ip error message appearing
IP address cannot be removed because it is used by DNS zone of one or more domains.
But actually that's not true. none of hosted domains is set on this ip. Somewhere is this information.
can you please assist ?

Make sure the 4 domain name's DNS A records point to your Plesk server IP as seen in the Plesk Panel.
Also, you can repair ALL vhosts by the command:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
