Wrong owner after Migration

Hi,

we are currently struggling with the Migration Manager.

Old-Server A:
Plesk 9.3
openSUSE 10.2 (X86-64)

New-Server B:
Plesk 9.3
CentOS release 5.4 (Final)

After migrating our domains we get no error messages and everything seems to work very well.
-> However all of our owners are set wrong!

eg:
Old-Server-file owner: wwwrun
New-Server-file owner: ftpuser

Any idea of how to solve that problem, as we can't add the owners for 1mio files by hand...?
