  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Wrong Size in mailbox

Plesk is showing wrong size on mailbox.

In general statistics it shows correct size 2.81MB:

But in the webmail and in the account details it shows 2.48GB:

In /var/qmail/domain du command shows 2.9Mb;
/var/qmail/mailnames/domain.com# du -sh
2.9M

I'd run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=domain.com
and also /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php -f MailUsage

more than 20 minutes after the size shown is still wrong...

Could you please click the "Refresh usage stats" button on your mailbox list page and see if that solves the issue?

thank you for the answer, but I already have done that a few dozen times, that's why in the upper corner of the first screenshot you can see 'El recalculo puede tardar un tiempo' (recalculation may take a while), and because that didn't worked tried with the ssh commands...

Tried the refresh in both places: in the main statistics page and in the email list page

How big is the .Trash folder? Plesk does not count its content for statistics, but Roundcube does.

I am afraid that in this case your best bet will be to let Plesk staff check the issue directly on your server. Please open a support ticket with them and allow SSH access to your server (via Plesk support SSH extension).

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:

Thank you, I have no support, so I manually edited maildirsize file, now shows near to correct size
