www alias disappears for some domains

in the httpd.include in conf the alias www.domain.com disappears after upgrade to plesk 10.
I can add it by hand then www.domain.com was functional aganin.
But after /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all the alias was gone again.

Is there a fix fot this?

I still have this problem with domains where some subdomains are configure.
How can i tell in plesk 10 that ServerAlias "www.domains.com" must be active in the vhost:80 area?

Same problem here.

i have some includes on the conf path from 21th january that is ok, but the new one, when i create by the httpdmng --reconfigure-all exclude the www in the include file.

How fix that?

dont know if it helps but have you updated your plesk to 10.1.1 and then tried httpdmng --reconfigure-all ?

Ok, i did and i got this error:

ERROR: Unable to install the "php5-ioncube-loader-3.2-11012014.x86_64" package.

The following could cause the installation failure:
1) php5-ioncube-loader-3.2-11012014.x86_64: No suitable solutions were found
for the "php < 5.2.0" dependency.

2) Unable to downgrade 'php' package to version 5.1.6-27.el5_5.3:
version 5.2.17-1.el5.art is currently installed.



Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support.

I have the same problem when I try to upgrade. I's a Plesk BUG!!!
I hope they solve it soon, my apache stops suddenly when I change some configuration in a domain in plesk.

Is there a version in which this bug is fixed?
The ServerAlias entries should be managed by Plesk, am I correct? We should have to modify include files manually?

It is fixed since 10.1.1 version.
