WWW domain name problem

Have uploaded a hosting client to our dedicated server. Have also changed the DNS to be linked to our server. The site is now unable to be viewed on the WWW but is on our server and has been uploaded to server correctly. Becuase plesk does not support .co.nz what is the process involved when keeping the original registrar of the domain but hosting the website from our server??
