XML Subdomain Add (with FTP)​

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:

Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 on ‪CentOS Linux 7.6.1810​

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Using the add operation as documented here
Creating Subdomain

Creates the subdomain with the proper document root, but Does not create an FTP account.​

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Sending the following request using Postman:

       <add>
           <parent>xyzonline.website</parent>
           <name>topline1</name>
           <property>
               <name>www_root</name>
               <value>httpdocs/topline1</value>
           </property>
           <property>
               <name>ftp_login</name>
               <value>topline1</value>
           </property>
           <property>
               <name>ftp_password</name>
               <value>123abc456ABC!@#</value>
           </property>
       </add>
   </subdomain>
</packet>

RESULT:

<packet version="1.6.9.1">
   <subdomain>
       <add>
           <result>
               <status>ok</status>
               <id>162</id>
           </result>
       </add>
   </subdomain>
</packet>

ACTUAL RESULT:

Subdomain "topline1.xzyonline.website" is created with document root in
"httpdocs/topline". There is no FTP account added.​

EXPECTED RESULT:

Along with the subdomain, an FTP account with login "topline1" should have been created.​
