PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
windows web server 2008 r2 x64 with ISS 7.x webserver

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
after fresh install server then plesk 10.4. I cannot install any applications.

ACTUAL RESULT
all I see is:

EXPECTED RESULT
see applications and be able to install those

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
another random feature!
