A few weeks ago the variable replace function stopped working when a new vhost created. Before the problem the variable @domain_name@ was replaced with the name of the newly created domain.
I searched the internet but I failed to solve this...
Dear Flagg,
I have the result. The settings are ok. Now I have the stats for 2009.07 and today a new folder was created for 2009.08. So I the half of the problem is solved.

Dear Flagg,
I also checked the following. I deleted all the awstats database files (awstatsMMYYYY*.txt) from the folder. And I run again the script. It did the same. I got a report with 0-s without any error messages. It seems that the script do not use the database files!!! But without...
I checked the script again. I deleted the existing 2009-07 dir and the files for the report. I only kept the awstatsMMYYYY*.txt files in the directory. Then I run the script again.
The result is. I had 2008-08 .... 2009-07 folders. All of them with the needed html files. But only the last...
Dear Flagg,
yes. I made a backup before I tried to reproduce the stats.
Then I tried both ways. The first when I use the txt-s in the webstat directory then when I remove it.
At the end I ran the statistics for the affected domain. I got the pages but there were only zeros.

Thank you for your help again! You solved my biggest problem... :)
I have a problem with awstats. The problem is well known!!! I already read a lot about it! I checked all the threads in this forum! I already read the KB articles about it... for example: http://kb.odin.com/en/5550
I sent letters to the operators at Parallels and I also checked other sites on...
I found the source of the problem. There was an domain alias registered under this specific domain. After deleting the alias now everything is ok. I can run the daily backup and after the process is completed the mail system is ok.
After I found that this was the reason. I added the alias...
I started to investigate in this case. At the end I figured out the following:
I have a full backup scheduled for this server for everyday. I made a test. I tried to send an e-mail just before the scheduled backup to this specific domain. everything was ok. Then I wait until the backup...
It is possible to change the overuse policy state for the all existing domains in one step.
Go to domains - select all - click change - find the over use policy setting, change it - save
I hope it will help... ;)
I have the same error. There are a lot of domains on the server and nearly all of them are working except one. The error message is the same.
Sorry. Although I'm listed as a best-preference MX or A for that host,
it isn't in my control/locals file, so I don't treat it as local. (#5.4.6)
I...
If you use the Event manager you do not have to search. The <new_domain_name> part will be automatically changed by the event handler to the name of the new domain name.
