If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Since my last post I've upgraded to 12.0.18 and I still get the warnings. Even before I upgraded I noticed that the backup does seem to be successful even though the log says it failed. I go in every few months and clear out the messages. It's a pain but I've given up any hope that it will...
After two months with backup failures after the 11.5 upgrade and posting here:
http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?291883-Backup-fails-because-of-Horde-database
and starting a new thread here...
Installed using this command: /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --install-component horde
The backup still fails with the same messages.
In terms of security and stability I would rather not install a component that I have no intention of ever using.
I would rather have a backup component that is not arbitrarily dependent on an unrelated component.
Horde does not appear in my components-configuration-state.db file. The bootstrapper.sh command failed because I don't have Horde installed.
Backup still failed with the same message.
I just ran into this during an update. This worked for me:

NOTE: Change the forst command in the workaround to:
/opt/psa/... directory does not exist
Since the Parallels Team seems to be ignoring this thread I'm starting a new one.

It's been over a month since I've been having backup failures after the upgrade to 11.5 due to a missing horde database...
I'm getting the same message even though Horde has never been installed on this server.
However, the domains were migrated from a server that at one time had Horde installed but not at the time of the migration.
I have used that approach in the past but I kept running into conflicts with Plesk mostly during upgrades/updates but I'm happy to hear it works for you.
There's more than one way to skin a cat (not that I ever would) and it's good that people wanting to install Roundcube on Plesk have more...
I originally set up Roundcube to replace Atmail/Horde so that's why I chose the webmail.* alias but you raise a vaild point. Some people may want to add Roundcube as an option alongside Atmail/Horde.
You can still accomplish that with my approach by using a different alias in step 4 such as...
Here's an article I wrote on how I installed Roundcube on my Plesk server. Comments/suggestions are welcome.

Currently in the Backup Manager you can specify the period (daily, weekly, monthly) and the number of backups to keep. This makes it impossible to manage backups for multiple periods. For example, if I want to have 7 daily backups, 4 weekly backups and 3 monthly backups there's no way for me...
Solved
I figured this one out by accident as I was migrating websites to a new server. When the last website not assigned to a subscriber was moved off the server the "Install Help Desk Link" disappeared.
So if you have any domains in the "My Webspaces" on the panel home page (i.e. not...
