    Error with backup

When making backup, I get this error: Warning: server "server" Unable to backup server Site Builder content[Error in execute ''"C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sb\utils\bru.php" --backup --log=stdout --target=server_settings --file="C:\Program Files...

Upgrading from 10 to 11 database mysql problem

Well, that is the rigid answer of a company employee, isn't it? I asked something else, how to do something concrete, I don't think your installer should mess with my ini file. The flexible answer would something like mysql 5.7 is not supported, but on my own risk, I could try.... That would be...

Upgrading from 10 to 11 database mysql problem

Upgrading from 11 to 12 database mysql problem I have a problem upgrading because I use 5.7 mysql and it works great, but upgrade file runs mysqlmng.exe and this file changes my ini file with innodb_additional_mem_pool_size=2M. Problem is that upgrade fails because this variable is not...

    Plesk changes permissions of WinSSHD

I use WinSSHD and it seems Plesk changes it's permissions so SFTP stops working. The program is in program files folder (Bitwise subfolder), but every few days it stops working and I find psaadmin permissions there that were not there before. How can I stop Plesk to make this changes? It...

    Changing passwords after restore :-(

Thanx, I found the problem. The backup was password protected and I didn't supply the password on restore ;-)

    Changing passwords after restore :-(

Plesk 11.5 ws newly installed and I have moved backup from old server to it. Restoring went ok, but it changed all the passwords, to mail, ftp, everything. WHY? I want my old passwords, because clients use them. Plesk is 11.50.

Unable to switch between PHP versions - 2 server same problem

I installed PHP 5.3 and 5.4 via Plesk and I can select one or the other version in Plesk, but the phpinfo() still shows old one even after reboot (5.3). I can turn new one with PHPManager in IIS itself (register new PHP as there is only one listed, 5.3 at the beginning), but that kind of beats...

Migrating from one ples to another...

Thank you, I know I can do that with a tool, but that makes plesk unusable in automatic data migration.

Migrating from one ples to another...

Is there really no option to migrate the write permission folders? When I migrate server I have to manually put write and delete on some folders, because even migrating from one server to another looses that data. But that data is in security settings in main folder, isn't it? But if I copy it...

    Backup stops

You have a bug in your software as you use the old mysqldump from mysql 4.x but on 5.1, 5.5 and 5.6 some tables are not dumped anymore with mysqldump v 4.x, so the whole thing freezes. I seem to use such triggers, tables, procedures, don't know what. If you support mysql 5.x, you should use...

    Backup stops

Please click one of the Quick Reply iconOk, I got it working now, but this is your bug. You should use the client mysql to dump database not the mega old version from 2006 that you use. Thank you for all your help.

    Backup stops

Yes, but this situation to have a freeze should never happen... You have already suggested to look at log, I can it to you fully (it contains my domains so I would not post it here), it shows nothing out of ordinary. No fatal error or something.
