Hi Plesk Support Team and Community,
I’m running into an issue with the Plesk repositories on my Ubuntu 24.04 LTS server and would appreciate some guidance.
When I run sudo apt update, I get warnings about the Plesk repositories using a weak algorithm (DSA1024) for their signatures. The...
Hi everyone.
I have solved the issue with installing and upgrading Imunify and you can find the solution here:
Issue - Imunify upgrade failed!
Maybe it can help solving the issue for you people too? :)
Kind regards
Well...
I solved it myself (Cheating a bit with the help of ChatGPT ) .
So I will post the solution for others that might run into the same issue:
In systemd (which Plesk uses on most Linux distributions), a "masked" service means it has been explicitly disabled and cannot be started or...

I've run out of ideas of what to do. I'm soon at the point where I think I'll just setup a new separate server at our company instead...
The error on the RocketChat container always seem to be the same:
I'm not sure why it does that. I been searching for hour on duckduckgo and Google but I cannot seem to find definitive answer.
I have also tired and tested with a silly simple mongodb root password e.g. like...

I'm guessing it is a connection error to the Mongodb?
I have opened the firewall ports incoming/outgoing as advised.
Could it be a character issue with the root password/ mongo key?

Quick Question @Hangover2...
Is it really necessary with such high permissions on the those folders?

Why not just 755 instead for example?
Thanks in advance.
