The issue could be just a simple as a weak passwords. I don't know if this will work on Qmail but it works on with Postfix. This command will display all passwords that have been set via plesk. If you run the following command as the root user.

The issue you will have is that each site that you setup within Plesk can have its own php.ini file. I would recommend to add these two lines to your PHP setting of your website or better yet, add then under your service plan section and do a sync with Plesk.

It appears that people have been relying on a shell script developed by other Plesk user's to accomplish this functionality.
