If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
Looks like RockyLinux is ready and even includes a migration tool:

But it also says:
Note: At the moment, Plesk does not support in-place conversion from CentOS 8.
Not looking forward to having to migrate servers. Surely only half the story has been told...
And now add to that RHEL 8. I've just read an article on the Red Hat site that shows how to convert a CentOS 8 system into a RHEL 8 one. But none of that accounts for what happens if Plesk is installed on that server. Is there any guidance for doing that on a live server? Can that actually work...
Apparently the shockwave was felt back at Red Hat headquarters. Come Feb 1, if you've got 16 or few servers, you can have RHEL for free??

This announcement is particularly irritating for me because, in the last month, I had just completed evacuating all my websites from servers running CentOS 6 to CentOS 8. Now I'm faced with either the prospect of doing yet another migration or betting that Plesk will figure out how to support...
I have a similar question but with slightly different circumstances. I use an enterprise-class DNS service for my domain that provides fail-over and other good things. But I have to manually refresh my wildcard Let's Encrypt SSL certificate every two months because the _acme_challenge subdomain...
Here's another issue. I "bought" my licenses many years ago directly from a sales rep. I pay for them annually. Apparently they're not eligible to manage from within My Plesk. Somebody didn't think this through I suspect...
We can withdraw this one. I just built a new subscription with a similar but different name. Copied all the content over. Then renamed the original to something different and the new one to the proper name. Now it works. Thanks for listening.
I just completed a migration of a bunch of subscriptions from one server to another running CentOS 8. All of them used .htaccess files. They all are working on the new platform except one. Somehow it stubbornly won't accept under Hosting Settings PHP 7.2 with FastCGI under Apache. I change it...
Actually, I have a 30 domain license currently on the server. I have a 300 domain license that coming up free from a server that's being retired. I was planning on moving that 300 domain license over. I would have no reason to think that the extension license would stop working. But since I have...
I just started participating in the Beta for my.plesk.com. The email had a link to this board but there's no specific topic for My Plesk. Can we start one? I have suggestions/questions. For example, not all the licenses I own appear there. How do I get those included? Also, I have also licensed...
That's what I was hoping I could do. I thought that might be possible but I didn't know what might happen when I came around the second time to copy the files. Thanks so much Igor!
Fellow Pleskians,
In a couple of days, I've got to migrate a domain from one server to another. It's all email accounts. Several thousand of them. 50GB+ of messages. I'm looking for ideas on how to accelerate the process by doing a pre-migration in advance. Ideally, I'd like to have the...
