@IgorG: Can you please talk to the developers?
Hi,
I'm bought a domain based SSL certificate (hosting.mydomain.com) for my Plesk panel. This is working fine.
Now I decided to use it for FTPS too. So I took a look in the /etc/proftpd.conf and saw that mod_tls is already implemented. The TLSRSACertificateFile points to...
Hi,
since a few weeks I'm getting the Plesk update notification mails every day.
My Plesk version is 11.5.30 Update #17.
This is the content of the mail (german):
It says Plesk was successfully updated.
But there was no update, because I'm already up-to-date.
Is this a known issue...
I'm still getting warnings.

I'm having trouble with the serverwide/global php.ini (/etc/php5/cgi/php.ini) which is for the FastCGI application.
Currently I have to set the timezone (date.timezone) for each domain/subdomain where FastCGI is enabled, because the values in the global php.ini doesn't take effect.
Is...

The release notes of the last update (11.5.30 Update #10) say at position two it is fixed now, but it isn't.
Backups are still failing with permission problems after the update.
I fixed some things by myself now.
I found more safe_modes in /etc/php5/cgi/php.ini and /etc/php5/cli/php.ini. After removing them, it is possible to select 'default'.
I removed them all and added some new (see this document)
Fixed with 1.
Hi,
I just updated my server from PHP 5.3 to 5.4 via the dotdeb sources.
Everything was fine except a few things.
I had to disable all safe_modes in several vhosts. Plesk has the default option, but I had to set them to 'off'. So I think the default value is 'on'. Is there a way to set the...
Hi,
I'm making scheduled backups for my 27 Domains and transfer them to a FTP-Repository.
The backup runs successfully, but there is a problem while transfering to the FTP-Repo.
I think the configuration of the backup task should be okay, because the transfer to the repo starts. But the...
