The same happened to me today with a dedicated server, running Plesk...
My problem was the same...old domains which I installed were running great from www.MyDomain.com and Mydomain.com - pointing to the right place.
So I installed today some new domains and I had the following problem...
Or maybe there is a way to copy from FTP directly to the final destination on the server?
Problem: I can not use a FTP client - as my server is 1&1 and I have to be in the network, connection via root / SSH...
How may I copy the 2GB file from my FTP repository to the place where Plesk need...
Thank you Igor for your reply. I cleaned a bit, but I am not sure which files I may delete at md1 without damaging the system.... /tmp is empty now and I have 1GB more...but the file to be restored is 2GB - so I guess I need anyway another solution....

I guess that by accident (missing knowledge) I deleted some files with Putty :-(....and doing backups, recovering etc. I get a lot of fatal errors...
