The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

We managed to install Roundcube and integrate it as our webmail solution with Plesk, and then wrote this post (sorry, in spanish). If you prefer in german, this link is related, too.
We're experiencing the same problem.
Webmail is working in http://roundcube.mycompany.tld, and can connect with any account created in the same IMAP server, regardless domain.
Then, we created external webmail in Plesk, as stated in docs, with name "Roundcube (0.6)" and URL...
We're experiencing this problem in Ubuntu 10.04, too.
POP3 and IMAP ports are open, and server is responding, but watchdog shows service Courier-IMAP stopped.
At this time, our best bet is to parse AUTH.SAVE file from MailEnable, creating a script calling mail.sh. Then, with imapcopy.sh migrate all folders and mails. But this is for mail only.
