I’m trying to add an animated banner for one of the websites and each time I go to upload the gif file, it re-creates it as a jpg? Is there a solution to get this animated or to upload as a gif?

Yep I can verify that .htaccess files are also being displayed as plain text, instead of getting a 403 forbiden request.

StvnT are you able to post the part of your .htaccess file that does this?

In the shop when someone places and order the country defaults to the US. Is there a way to change that to another country?

I can't see this working as we don't want to change the language from English. We just want to change the default shop location from US to Australia (I could see this working if I wanted to change it to Chinese but I don't want to change the language.) Also I couldn't find this on the edit...

The custom payment system seems more for alternate credit card details. We don't want that, we just want to add some payment details for customers on the screen as this payment method is done offline. Can we put up some text like "to pay in a bank do x y z"?
