Greylisting is not listing?

So far I was informed, is my Plesk not capable of listing anything that went through the greylisting once.

Doesn't sound pretty logical to me, that every second and later e-mails from same sender still needs to be checked an delayed.

Normal server configurations I am running without Plesk but with greylisting won't bother the users anymore with delays once the sender is listed.

Anyone facing this same issue? Or knows a work-around?

Same issue here: this greylisting is NOT WORKING as a normal greylisting should work.

Normally greylisting LEARNS and knows secure senders after the 1st e-mail. Greylisting within my Plesk configuration is terrible and is bothering loads of clients (delayed e-mail time after time).

Misconfiguration or am I missing something?
