    Thanks for your reply. I did go to the "Manage Log Files" section and only today's files are available. For some reason, the "Log Rotation" option was unchecked. I turned it back on with the default settings (by size 10240 KB, Maximum number of log file 10, compression on).

    Hi, On Plesk Obsidian 18.0.36, I added a new user with Webmaster capabilities but he can't see the Tools & Settings and Advanced Monitoring sections. I tried to change his role to Administrator, still can't see them. Is this normal?

    Thanks for your reply. It seems to be working now. Yes, Apache and Nginx were up and running. I just went to Tools & Settings > IP Addresses and clicked "Reread IP". By the way, do you know how I can prevent Plesk auto upgrades?

    Hello, I host my own websites on a Plesk server. After last automatic update (Plesk Obsidian 18.0.36), none of the websites can be reached. The diagnostic tool at Tools & Settings > Diagnose & Repair didn't fix it. Please help.

    Hi, I have a 12 core server hosting my 4 websites. Right now, I'm getting this in System Information: If I understand this correctly, these are CPU cores currently used. At the same time, this is "CPU total usage" in "Process list": So, I'm using 10 of 12 CPU cores but only 6% total CPU...
