You should check %plesk_dir\admin\logs\php_error.log and %plesk_dir\admin\logs\panel.log for anything suspicious. 500 error can be caused by different reasons, it is hard to say, why you have such error.

Which version of Plesk do you have? Do you have option display_errors = on in %plesk_dir%\admin\php.ini ?

What version of MSSQL server you are trying to manage?

Please open Server Settings->Server components, look up MyLittleAdmin, click on it. In opened page, enable checkbox "MSSQL 2005 support". After that it should work properly. Which version of Windows do you have?
